The Wagner programme by "duoconnessione" for violin and piano. Anexciting musical journey into absolutemusic. Since the days of Wagner, there hasbeen a dispute in musical aesthetics as towhether programme music is superior to so-called absolute music. Wagner and Lisztwere regarded as composers of programmemusic. Our concert programme presents thearrangements of some of Wagner's worksbased on the premise that even this music, without text, rearranged or even just played,is absolute music. Immerse yourself alongwith us in this fabulous and wonderfulmusical world and enjoy the depth, theethereal clarity, the emotional truth and beauty of this music, this time without theusual texts and programme.
